En tant que citoyens, nous nous interrogeons sur l’utilisation des deniers publics dans le cadre de la Délégation de Service Public (DSP) confiée à Vert Marine en 2011 pour l’exploitation et l’entretien du Stade du Hainaut. Un peu plus d’un an après la fin de la DSP, les nombreux travaux d’entretien prévus par la régie Val Métropole laissent à penser que le contribuable valenciennois a payé deux fois pour un même service. Quelles ont été les actions entreprises par Vert Marine durant les six années de DSP ? A quoi a donc bien pu servir le surplus financier accordé à Vert Marine dans la mesure où l’entretien de la structure n’a jamais été envisagé ?

En tant que supporters du VAFC, nous sommes surpris de votre mutisme devant le spectacle récent qui a, une nouvelle fois, détérioré l’image de notre club, et de notre ville par répercussion.
Ce mutisme est d’autant plus incompréhensible que vous vous étiez montré favorable à une reprise du club et que vous disposez toujours de leviers pour faire pression sur le président Zdziech.
Qu’en est-il de la location du Stade du Hainaut ? D’après nos informations, le VAFC en est à 6 mois de retard pour le loyer, d’un montant approximatif de 860 000€. Qu’attend donc Val Métropole pour réclamer ce montant au président Zdziech ? Par le passé, l’institution n’avait pas hésité à assigner le VAFC devant les tribunaux pour 3 mois de retard de loyer. Pourquoi attendre 6 mois aujourd’hui ?

A l’heure où les supporters expriment leur ras-le-bol, à l’heure aussi où les contribuables ont le sentiment d’un gâchis financier devant l’absence d’ambition et d’élan qui accompagnent le VAFC sous cette présidence, pourquoi une si grande complaisance à son égard ?
